Industrial Engineer Warehouse Automation (AGV/ASRS)

About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in productivity improvement, warehouse automation, material flow optimization, and lean manufacturing. The role will focus on implementing AGV/ASRS solutions, improving direct and indirect labor productivity, optimizing layouts, and driving Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize

  AGV, ASRS, and MES systems

• Develop

  JIT-based material flow

  and warehouse processes
• Design and improve

  factory & warehouse layouts

• Conduct

  Time Study, Motion Study, Line Balancing, and Productivity Analysis

• Drive

  Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, OEE, and SMED

  initiatives
• Improve material handling systems and reduce movement waste
• Set up and optimize warehouse operations including

  racking, kitting, and storage systems

• Manage Production

  BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and SAP master data

• Support capital equipment selection, vendor evaluation, and commissioning activities
• Implement Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering

• 3-7 years

  of relevant experience

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Industrial Engineering professional who has worked on warehouse automation, material flow improvement, productivity enhancement, factory layouts, and SAP-driven manufacturing processes.
