Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining the team as a Product Development Engineer, playing a crucial role in driving innovation and operational efficiency within the production environment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the R&D team, oversee new product trials, optimize assembly processes, and ensure functional product requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support new product development initiatives - Enhance product designs in collaboration with the R&D team - Implement process improvements in manufacturing and assembly - Monitor new product trials for feedback and adjustments - Organize assembly line facilities - Manage functional requirements alignment with design specifications and customer expectations - Offer technical support to production and quality teams - Design jigs and fixtures for better assembly processes - Reengineer existing products for cost-saving opportunities - Coordinate with the MM team for timely material procurement Qualifications Required: - Diploma (DME) or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 3 to 4 years of practical experience in product development or manufacturing engineering - Sound understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent - Effective communication and team coordination skills Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
