Job Description

Hiring for Industrial Engineer with 2 to 5 yrs of relevant experience for Housewares Export Company, Sonipat, Haryana. Job Descriptions: - Conduct time studies on shop floor, create cycle time for standard activities and establish system to generate database of estimated vs Actual resources consumption. - Undertake assignments of industrial and method engineering for consistent and systemic improvement in plant performance and optimum utilisation of resources and assist all improvement projects under Kaizen, suggestion scheme, initiatives related to cost and cycle time reduction, machine or process selection Requirements: - Work experience in loss and process improvement in Manufacturing & Assembly Industry and Process Enhancement. - On job training, Time & Work study, Multi Skilling, Layout Study, Single Minute Exchange of Die, Daily Routine Management, Line Balancing and Lean Flow. Capability Enhancement by identifying Waste & creating visibility by use of tools like Value Stream Mapping. - Maximizing performance for high productivity with minimizing of Men, Material & Machine. - Should be able to work effectively on MS word, Excel, PPT and any ERP. Required Skills and Experience: - Candidate should have 2years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Operations, Quality Management, Project Management and Automation. - Email: JOBS@RJCUBE.COM
