Role & responsibilities Responsible for driving Industrial Engine / DG Set business growth through direct B2B sales and managing a network of channel partners/distributors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, expanding partner networks, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through effective relationship management. Exposure to Pre sales - (Enquiring, order management, Sales Forecast) and Sales ( B2B / B2C / Channel / Distributor Sales) function is a must. Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, dealers). Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with agreements. Understand client requirements and propose tailored product/service solutions. Identify and approach potential corporate clients across target industries. Preferred candidate profile Indivudale contributor role Experience -7+ years in Sales and marketing Preferred Industry - Engine / Auto components/ Genset / Motors / Industrial Equipments Education- Mechanical Engg is Must. MBA will be advantage . Travel requirements - Candidate to be willing to travel within India / Abroad if required. Skills Required: Strong experience in B2B selling and/or managing channel sales networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external). Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness.
