Industrial Design Internship

As an intern at Gudgudee, your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding briefs for various projects from the design team and conceptualizing ideas. You will be detailing the designs of spaces, products, and play elements with a focus on scale, anthropometry, material feasibility, and budgets. Additionally, you will be conducting research on children, play, play theory, as well as different materials, finishes, and processes. Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely execution of projects. It will be your responsibility to prepare execution timelines with the project manager and manage different projects simultaneously in a seamless fashion. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining a material library by sourcing new materials and securing samples as directed by the design team. Gudgudee is a design firm that specializes in creating innovative playgrounds for both children and adults.
