Job Summary We are seeking a technically skilled and experienced Engineer Cleaning Machines to lead the development, optimization, and process innovation of industrial cleaning systems used in production environments. The candidate should have deep knowledge of cleaning technologies (e.g., ultrasonic, aqueous, solvent-based, plasma, or vacuum systems) and will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness standards, equipment reliability, and process efficiency. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial cleaning processes and equipment in manufacturing industries (e.g., electronics, medical devices, aerospace, automotive) Strong understanding of cleaning technologies and related process variables (temperature, time, chemistry, agitation) Experience with automated and semi-automated cleaning lines, including handling systems and drying technologies Key Responsibilities Lead the setup, calibration, and operation of industrial cleaning machines (e.g., ultrasonic, high-pressure spray, solvent, or plasma cleaners) Drive development and qualification of new machines for cleaning application Develop and optimize cleaning processes to meet strict cleanliness specifications (e.g., particulate, ionic, organic residue removal) Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to machine performance, chemical compatibility, and cleaning quality Evaluate and implement improvements to increase equipment uptime, cleaning efficacy, and operational safety Conduct root cause analysis of process failures or defects linked to cleaning operations and define corrective actions Interface with vendors and OEMs for technical support, upgrades, and spare parts management
