Job Title: Presales Engineer L3 - Cybersecurity / Network / Datacentre & Cloud Security Location: Delhi Department: Presales / Solution Engineering Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Cybersecurity & Cloud Security Presales Engineer with deep expertise in RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal crafting . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs, technical design, and implementation readiness — serving as the technical architect and strategic presales partner for enterprise security solutions across network, datacentre, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Presales & Solution Design Lead technical response for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning. Design end-to-end security solutions across SIEM, XDR/EDR, DLP, WAF, PAM, Unified Threat Management, Firewalls, DDOS mitigation, Secure Web Gateway , and related technologies. Develop high-quality proposals, solution architecture documents, and BoQs tailored to customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to conduct client workshops, PoCs, and technical presentations . Technical Leadership Map customer requirements to best-fit technology stacks in network, datacentre, and cloud security . Ensure scalability, compliance, and security-by-design principles in all proposed solutions. Liaise with OEMs, partners, and internal SMEs to validate designs. Implementation Support Provide handover to delivery teams with detailed architecture diagrams, configurations, and scope documentation. Support delivery with technical clarifications and design optimizations during project execution. Market & Technology Intelligence Stay updated with latest cybersecurity frameworks, OEM offerings, and competitive products . Contribute to solution playbooks, reusable templates, and knowledge base for future bids. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 7–12 years in Cybersecurity Presales / Solution Architecture (L3 level expertise). Core Competencies: Expert knowledge in SIEM, XDR/EDR, DLP, WAF, Firewall, DDOS, UTM, SWG, Cloud Security Posture Management . Strong understanding of datacentre networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security controls . Proven track record in winning RFPs and delivering compelling technical proposals . Ability to design, size, and scope enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions. Familiarity with regulatory & compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, DPDP, etc.). Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 7/8, Cisco CCNP Security, Splunk Architect. Soft Skills: Exceptional technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills . Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities .
