Role & responsibilities Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive familiar with NBFC Compliance with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the NBFC sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, creating projections, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements stipulated by the RBI, CIBIL, NSDL and other relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed financial projections and variance analysis reports for management review. Manage and file all periodic returns and reports with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) within deadlines. Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Handle CIBIL and other credit bureau reporting, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Stay updated with the latest RBI circulars, notifications, and regulations applicable to NBFCs and ensure company-wide compliance. Assist in internal and statutory audits related to finance and compliance. Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications and Skills: Financial Acumen : Proven experience in financial modelling, creating projections, and financial analysis. Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of NBFC compliance, including RBI regulations, KYC norms, CIBIL reporting, and other statutory requirements. Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Experience with financial software is a plus. Education: Preferred MBA degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting.
