As a growing startup, we thrive on insights-driven strategies and data-backed decisions to shape engaging experiences for our users. Role Overview: Were looking for a driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale IndulgeOuts user acquisition and engagement through paid campaigns. Youll work directly with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimise digital ads across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other channels Monitor ad performance, budgets, track KPIs, and prepare weekly reports Research audience insights and competitor activities Test creatives, copies, budgets and targeting strategies for maximum ROAS Collaborate with design/content teams for campaign assets Requirements: Strong interest in digital marketing & data-driven growth Minimum 1 year experience in strategy, execution and analysis of Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate channels like (phonePe, Cred etc), Ecom or similar platforms Analytical mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment What Youll Gain: Hands-on exposure to real campaign budgets & performance tracking Mentorship from an experienced marketing team Certificate of completion & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Opportunity for full-time role post-internship How to Apply: Send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line: IndulgeOut Performance Marketing Intern Application.
