As a Program Lead aligned with the Infosys Insights Team in Bangalore, you will manage high-quality work delivery, prepare comprehensive plans, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. Your responsibilities include overseeing research projects, reviewing analysts" work, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. You will apply research tools to analyze key market trends, identify actionable insights, design consultative solutions, and suggest creative ideas. Additionally, you will drive original thought papers, Point-of-View analysis, liaise with global colleagues, mentor new analysts, and foster a culture of innovation within the team. You will track and analyze key market and client priorities related to growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, and alliances and ecosystems. Presenting actionable insights/recommendations for Infosys senior leadership with a focus on the impact for clients and businesses. Applying research tools and methodologies to draw original insights, develop consultative solutions, and publish industry white papers. Connecting various pieces of information by identifying patterns and forming logical structures to present a compelling story. Contributing to team activities, guiding new team members, and managing project results while adhering to quality guidelines. You will also liaise with colleagues and stakeholders from Infosys offices across geography, units, and teams to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities. Managing all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interacting with other stakeholders. Reporting important industry updates and reviewing changes/developments closely to assess impact. Anchoring business planning and operational reviews periodically, supporting in preparing review decks, and sharing insights with the CXO prior to the reviews. Your capabilities and skill sets should include exceptional attention to detail, project ownership, analytical, statistical, and inductive thinking. Ability to convert/visualize ambiguous ideas into research and thought papers, with experience working directly with senior leadership preferred. Professional business writing, report writing, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good understanding of data collection and management, modeling and interpretation across complex data sets, especially Company Financial Statements. Basic knowledge of at least one or two industries is preferred, especially in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to the industry or understanding of the demand-supply-prices and economic factors driving the KPIs. Demonstrating agility and resilience in high-pressure environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines. Exercising considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization. Exposure to Gen AI tools and experience in prompt engineering is an advantage. Qualifications required for this role include a full-time MBA (preferably from a tiered B-school), and any engineering background is considered an added advantage. Minimum 3 years PQE is required for this position.,
