In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily HR operations, supporting strategic HR initiatives, and contributing to enhancing the overall employee experience. You will execute multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, policies, benefits, administration, and operations. You will partner with HR Managers to launch and execute various People and Engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting induction sessions, streamlining daily HR operations such as employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining HR records. It will be essential to maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Moreover, you will develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction, organize and coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events. Addressing and resolving employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues will also be part of your role. Supporting the implementation of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and capabilities and leveraging technology for automation and process improvement in HR operations are crucial tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR operations and a Generalist role. Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills with a strong comfort level with MS Office applications and understanding of data and deriving relevant insights are required. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, a problem-solving mindset to address employee queries and operational challenges proactively, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information are essential qualities. Working experience on HR / TA tools and recruiting experience are considered a plus. An MBA in HR or a relevant field from a reputed college/university is the desired educational qualification.
