Evaluate the impact of the solutions against agreed outcomes, which may include one or more components (e.g., new starter training, refreshers and upskill sessions, product or systems training and telephony soft skills) to support EQ s people, across all job levels, in developing the skills required for their role. Provide support for new recruits after induction training, if applicable. Champion varying methods of learning delivery (self-serve, live, virtual, etc.).
