You will also be required to work closely with the business and managers and act as a support to the HR team in dealing with any HR related general queries across the whole employee life cycle. : Duties and responsibilities: Payroll & Benefits Responsible for the monthly payroll and benefit input, liaising with third party providers Responsible for maintaining HR and Payroll systems General To deal with basic queries directly or referring to appropriate member of the team and manage HR ticketing system (ServiceNow) and email inbox. Production of paperwork including starters, leavers, probations, references, salary increases, contract extensions, promotions, maternity and other ad hoc letters and documents.
