Manage BIS testing, and record maintenance for all products. Ensure QMS documentation and record maintenance in compliance with ISO standards. Capture in-process rejections and root cause analysis through quality tools and CAPA implementation. Should be able to do rejection analysis and Vendor Visit. Should have knowledge Home Appliances Product. Prepare and present monthly lab performance reports Desired Candidate Qualifications & Skills Required: Educational Qualifications BE / B-Tech Electronics or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical background. Experience 2-5 years in Home Appliances Industry. Must have experience in Induction Cooktop with PCBs. Preferred candidate should has worked in Home Appliances Industry. Computer skills Basic Excel Skills. Must have strong follow up skills and strong product knowledge.
