As a BDE, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role Proficient in MS Office and social media Strong communication ability (oral and written) Excellent organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Creativity and problem-solving aptitude Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical sector. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, institutions, and other stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the company's products and services. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staffs and medical superintendents. Supervise and coordinate the administrative activities of the diagnostic center, including managing scheduling, appointment booking, and patient registration processes. Monitor and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of patient information and complying with relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the diagnostic center staff to develop and implement efficient administrative systems, workflows, and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, coordinating tests and procedures, and managing patient records. Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators, such as patient wait times, appointments cancellations, and staff productivity and provide recommendations for improvement.
