Key Responsibilities · Identify, approach, and develop relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, research institutions, and pharma companies. · Generate new leads and business opportunities in the field of clinical trials, biospecimen procurement, and research collaborations. · Understand client requirements in detail and align them with our service offerings. · Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, lab, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client projects. · Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and industry events. · Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client communication. · Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals. What We’re Looking For · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field. · 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (preferably in healthcare/clinical research/biotech). · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Ability to build trust-based relationships with doctors, researchers, and industry stakeholders. · Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role. · Willingness to travel (local and outstation) for client meetings and collaborations.
