This includes performing fundamental and technical analysis, tracking market trends, and providing actionable buy/sell recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the stock market and a strong understanding of financial principles. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze the Indian stock market, including macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Company Analysis: Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of companies, including evaluating financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), management quality, competitive positioning, and growth prospects. Technical Analysis: Utilize technical charts and indicators to identify entry and exit points for potential trades. Investment Recommendations: Develop and present well-researched investment ideas and recommendations for buying and selling specific shares. Portfolio Monitoring: Assist in tracking the performance of existing investments and provide updates. Report Generation: Prepare concise and clear research reports, summaries, and presentations to support investment decisions. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with recommended investments. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest financial news, market developments, and research tools. Qualifications and Skills: Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM certifications like Equity Derivatives, Research Analyst, CFA, CA, MBA in Finance) would be a strong advantage. Experience: Proven experience in Indian share market research and analysis of Minimum 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of fundamental analysis principles and valuation methodologies. Proficiency in technical analysis tools and charting platforms. Familiarity with Indian stock exchanges (NSE, BSE) and their regulations. Ability to interpret financial statements and company reports accurately. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and report preparation.
