Skills: Strong knowledge of food cost control and inventory management. Proficient in food costing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
