Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Technical Support at our Pune location, with some work from home acceptable. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical support functions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer technical inquiries. They will also manage technical support teams, guide customer interactions, and facilitate the effective resolution of technical issues. Other responsibilities include project management related to customer support initiatives and collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
