Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Indo-Chinese Chef/Cook to join our food cart team. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining taste and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include:

• Cooking and serving Indo-Chinese dishes (momos, noodles, fried rice, soups, etc.) for customers.
• Ensuring food is prepared to high standards of taste, portion, and presentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the food cart at all times.
• Managing ingredient stock and notifying the owner when supplies are low.
• Helping set up and close the cart daily, including cleaning utensils and workspace.
• Assisting with customer service during busy hours, if required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Free accommodation available if needed

Requirements:

• Experience in cooking Indo-Chinese food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Hardworking, reliable, and flexible with shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
