Key Objective of the Job:
To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.
Major Deliverables:
1 Ensuring onboarding of quality customers to maintain highest portfolio quality.
2 Identifying, sourcing potential rural individual loan customers & disbursing loans as per the internal process and policy 3 Conducting business and house verification for the potential customer along with financial analysis to finalize the desired loan amount. 4 Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach. 5 To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers. 6 Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency. 7 Continuous follow up of overdue customers if any to ensure their repayment. 8 Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with existing and potential customer base. 9 Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR) 10 Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill. 11 Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
