Roles Hiring For: Senior Process Executive (SPE) Min 2Years Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Min 5Years Key Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years – 14 yrs Exposure and Experience in working on complex AML/ KYC cases – Customer Due – Diligence, Account activity reviews, KYC On-boarding for individuals and entities, suspicious activity monitoring and surveillance, economic sanctions, politically exposed person monitoring etc. Coordinate with counterparts on customer/client onboarding and approvals across multiple functions/Units For eg: Front office, compliance team, AML middle office, Operations, Legal and Tax in a high pressure /time – sensitive environment Undertake renewal of due diligence on existing clients/counter parties to ensure identifications of changes in risk profile, including reputation and operational risk factors Monitor implementation of AML related audit recommendations which can be from internal/External auditors, regulators. Participate in design and testing of enhancement to client due diligence database, Reports and systems. Interacting with Onsite controllers on various operational issues. Implement strategies recommended in the childs Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or behaviour support plan. Assist with transitions, mobility, communication, and classroom activities as needed. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special educators, therapists, and school counsellors to tailor support strategies. Participate in IEP meetings and progress discussions when required. Modify classroom activities and instructions to meet the childs specific needs while fostering inclusion. Encourage the child’s independence, participation, and confidence in social and academic settings. Observe and document the child’s progress, behaviour, and challenges. Provide regular feedback to teachers, special educators, and parents/guardians. Apply appropriate behaviour management techniques in accordance with the school’s policies and the child’s behaviour plan. Support the child during emotional or behavioural difficulties with empathy and consistency. Maintain confidentiality of student records and respect the dignity and privacy of the child and family. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred). Experience working with children with special needs, especially in an educational setting. Knowledge of common learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or other developmental challenges. Familiarity with IEPs and inclusive education practices is an advantage.
