Job Title: Senior Manager Finance Location: Primary: Mannarpuram Office, Trichy Alternate: Bengaluru Office Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Finance with a strong foundation in Indian corporate laws and taxation. The ideal candidate will have a post-CA qualification with at least 5 years of experience , including 3+ years in the services industry . The role requires strategic financial leadership, compliance oversight, and strong communication skills to support both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with Indian corporate laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements. Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Review and streamline financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Mentor and manage finance team members for optimal performance. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience . At least 3 years of relevant experience in the services industry . In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, direct and indirect taxes . Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work in the 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift .
