Job Title: Site Engineer Company: Indico Plaster Industry Location: Trident Hills, Pinjore Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month --- Job Description: Indico Plaster Industry is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site activities at our Trident Hills project in Pinjore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, quality control, and timely completion of work as per project requirements. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at the site. Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates. Assist in quality checks and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications. Support project manager in planning and execution of site works. --- Requirements: Graduated from any reputated University. 1–2 years of experience in site supervision. Basic knowledge of construction materials, plastering, and finishing works preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work full-time on site at Trident Hills, Pinjore. --- Benefits: Fixed monthly salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience).
