We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Leader to join our team at the EIMC site in Pune, overseeing three business segments: Isolation Valves (ISV), Actuation Technologies ACT, and Measurement Solutions (MSOL). As a Regulatory Compliance Leader, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on India-specific regulations and global trade and data privacy frameworks. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing compliance programs across the three business segments, ensuring adherence to India's regulatory requirements such as EXIM, CBIC, and DGFT. You will also be responsible for overseeing Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) requirements, managing Data Privacy Compliance (DPC) under India's Digital Data Protection Act, monitoring compliance with BIS-related Quality Control Orders (QCOs), and partnering with global compliance leadership to align with international export control, embargo, and sanction rules. Additionally, you will oversee trade compliance transaction screening processes, conduct self-assessments and audits, and drive training and awareness initiatives across business units. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree with 8-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, a deep understanding of India-specific laws and international trade, knowledge of EXIM, CBIC, DGFT, BIS (QCOs), and EPR compliance, familiarity with data privacy frameworks, and proficiency in communication, stakeholder engagement, and virtual collaboration tools. You should also be able to develop training programs and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
