Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager. Located in the Greater Kolkata area, the role involves overseeing the daily production operations and quality control processes for industrial gloves manufacturing. Key responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing management and production processes Strong knowledge in quality control and assurance practices Skills in team leadership and project management Understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata area Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Experience in the leather grading, Costing,sampling only required industrial leather gloves field Experience
