NATURE OF ASSOCIATION: Full Time ABOUT ISPP Indian School of Public Policy, founded in October 2018, aims to democratise public policy in India. ISPP seeks to build capacities across Sarkaar, Bazaar and Samaaj (Government, Business, Civil Society and non-profits). The first cohort of scholars commenced the year- long post-graduate Public Policy, Design and Management program in August 2019. ISPP is now welcoming its sixth cohort in 2024. It will generate knowledge outputs through policy briefs, research papers, conference proceedings, training programs, databases, summer schools, among other outputs. JOB PROFILE You will be a key member of a small and versatile team of economists and researchers, and coordinate the operations. You will prepare agendas for presentation, help build networks, carry out action plans and coordinate and follow up with various stakeholders. You will have to anchor and facilitate the communication with all parties involved, collate ideas and discussions, and organise events across the network. JOB RESPONSIBILITY To provide inputs and facilitate the setting up, coordination, and management of various activities for the Network SKILLS Excellent coordination skills to engage with multiple stakeholders involved. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams and participants Research skills, including identifying and monitoring potential issues for the report Excellent organisational skills, managing workload and prioritising tasks. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; Good IT skills, proficient with MS Office, Zoom, GSuite. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Have a Masters in Economics and/or Public Policy 3-5 years of work experience in research Understanding of coordinating Conferences and Panel Discussions Excellent understanding of Research Publications and Conferences.
