This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth office administration. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with excellent organizational and communication skills to contribute effectively to ISPP’s mission. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping. ● Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable. ● Reconcile bank statement with company records regularly ● Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documentation. ● Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets with high accuracy. ● Support financial audits and internal controls as required.
