Communication: Act as a liaison between the event manager and clients, vendors, or team members. Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally. Draft and proofread emails, invitations, and other documents. Event Coordination Support: Assist with venue bookings, vendor coordination, and hotel bookings. Monitor event checklists and follow up on deadlines. Maintain guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements. Logistics: Book travel and accommodations for team members or VIP guests. Coordinate transportation, catering, and AV needs for events. On-Site Support (if required): Help with registration desks, welcome kits, and VIP handling. Ensure the smooth execution of the event schedule.
