Roles and Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction to the Conservation Centre including administration, finance responsibilities Supervise multidisciplinary conservation projects in art, paintings, manuscripts/paper, textiles, stone/sculpture and heritage materials, etc. Develop and implement long-term strategies for conservation, scientific research, capacity building, skill development, training programmes and academic activities, etc. Able to collaborate with national and international institutions, museums, and conservation experts/institutions Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and staff Promote awareness and advocacy for heritage conservation at regional and national levels. Desired Candidate Profile Postgraduate degree in Conservation field or relevant degree to related fields 8-10 years of experience in a conservation organizations or related fields Strong knowledge of conservation ethics, international standards , scientific research methods Proven track record in managing large-scale conservation projects involving multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and networking skills; ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups
