The Commi 2 will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained, and supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality dishes. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking Strong Culinary Skills and Knowledge of recipes Understanding of Hygiene standards and practices Effective Communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus A diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
