Since our inception, we have impacted thousands of lives through grassroots interventions and awareness campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic and committed Project Coordinator to lead and manage our on-ground education and women empowerment projects in slum communities of Agra. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field 2+ years of experience in the NGO sector, preferably in women/girls' education or community programs Strong project management and communication skills Fluent in Hindi and basic proficiency in English Ability to work independently and lead field teams Proficient in MS Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025
