Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Cook to join our team full-time in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing a variety of Indian dishes using authentic techniques and spices. You should be able to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, or regional specialties).
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
Manage ingredients, kitchen tools, and inventory efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Follow all food safety regulations and company policies.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Indian cook or chef.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and team-working skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
