The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining efficient status reports. You will drive the project direction, define metrics, and manage performance effectively. Your responsibilities include understanding the organization's values and vision, protecting intellectual property, adhering to policies and procedures, collaborating with other functions for data exchange, leading both Hacketts and client team members, and delivering solutions to clients based on business measurements and project terms. You will provide technical and functional guidance to the team, review performance for areas of improvement, ensure resource efficiency, forecast additional resource needs, adhere to SLAs, maintain communication with customers/clients, and monitor/report project/program status. Essential Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills - Must be dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance - 12+ years of experience in SAP Project Management, including Implementation & Roll-Out projects, Consulting Services, and Agile methodology - Well-versed in Rise with SAP core components and SAP Cloud ALM - Experience in Public Cloud implementation and/or Project management - Experience managing end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or migration projects in complex landscapes - Experience with Indian clients and S4/HANA projects - Strong skills in scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables management - Proven customer engagement, process efficiency, and account P&L management - Functional module experience in SAP FI/LE-MM, SAP WM, SD, PP-QM, etc. - Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into solutions Personal Skills: - Understanding of business objectives and organizational structure - Strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence - Collaborative, team-oriented, and committed to excellence - Ability to work under pressure with a mature approach - Strong negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Self-motivated, fast learner, and independent operator Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with agile methodology - Good problem-solving approach - Ability to learn new technologies In summary, as a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading project teams, ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining effective communication, and driving performance excellence in alignment with organizational goals.,
