The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining efficient status reports. You will drive the project direction, define metrics, and manage performance effectively. Your responsibilities include understanding the organization's values and vision, protecting intellectual property, adhering to policies and procedures, collaborating with other functions for data exchange, leading both Hacketts and client team members, and delivering solutions to clients based on business measurements and project terms. You will provide technical and functional guidance to the team, review performance for areas of improvement, ensure resource efficiency, forecast additional resource needs, adhere to SLAs, maintain communication with customers/clients, and monitor/report project/program status.
