Job Description

  • Prepare and cook all dishes under the Indian cuisine section (veg & non-veg).
  • Handle gravies, tandoor support, curries, rice, breads, and basic Indian preparations.
  • Maintain taste, texture, and portion consistency as per standards.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is ready before each service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Check inventory, manage stock, and report shortages.
  • Guide commis staff and maintain smooth workflow in the section.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
