Maintain taste, texture, and portion consistency as per standards. Ensure mise-en-place is ready before each service. Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards . Check inventory, manage stock, and report shortages. Guide commis staff and maintain smooth workflow in the section. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
