Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IndiaMART Account Executive to manage our IndiaMART seller account.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s IndiaMART seller account daily.
• Respond to leads and inquiries promptly through IndiaMART chat, calls, and emails.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings with correct pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Handle RFQs (Request for Quotes) and share quotations with potential customers.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and client follow-ups.
• Ensure timely response rate and high account activity to maintain IndiaMART ranking.
• Monitor reviews, ratings, and feedback; take necessary action for improvement.
• Analyze account performance and share weekly reports with management.
• Resolve any account-related issues with IndiaMART support.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of online portals, B2B platforms, or e-commerce.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible, and disciplined.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
