Worst finance company. 3rd class customer service, interest rate are hidden after few months of loaning, If you want headache and want to West of yours hard earned money than take loan from indiabulls. My starting rate is 9.2 and now this is 11.1℅. Please see image below for my interest rate changes

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited did an excellent job in following up with my home loan application. It has been 3 years now since I availed home loan from Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and I am glad that I made that decision. I got the best deal at the best interest rate. More importantly I am happy that I am able to pay my EMI promptly since it is affordable and fits within my budget.

Since I have only an average monthly income, I found the home loan schemes offered at Indiabulls Housing Finance limited are quite affordable to suit my needs. Not to mention their service is quick and prompt. Only thing if they offered fixed interest rate loan it would have been really great.
