Even the most currepted govt establishments would be more efficient than these guys, I don't know how come RBI has not cancelled their licence. I really wish this company goes completely out of business and the heads go to jail

This company is not fit to take 1 rating also. In website they offer interest rate ranging from 8.9% to 9.5%. And every 3 months they will increase by 0.3%. If RBI reduces the rate also they will never reduce the interest rate, only they know to increase, not to reduce. They don't have any business ethics.
