Description
As a Performance & Reward professional at our Bangalore location in India, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of performance, remuneration, and incentive programs. Your role will involve researching and analyzing key perspectives such as current performance systems, compensation & benefits offerings, external labor market, cost, and workforce requirements. You will oversee the global design, governance, and performance of core performance, reward, and benefits policies, products, and processes. Incorporating traditional performance frameworks, compensation and benefits elements, and work/life benefits will be a key aspect of your work. You will explore innovative opportunities to enable certain performance-driving areas of the business to offer fundamentally different packages and processes. Additionally, you will be involved in the ongoing management, communication, and monitoring of performance management and plan results. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, regulators in global design/performance teams, and business stakeholders in regional delivery teams, will be an integral part of your role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to timely salary cost booking in SAP, reviewing and monitoring unreconciled items in various bank accounts, completing bank account reconciliations, managing accounting, invoicing, compliance, and reporting aspects of Seconded and Transferred employees, and front-ending with external statutory bodies related to HR matters. Your skills and experience should include hands-on experience in ERPs such as SAP and Workday, with BFSI experience preferred. Good written and oral communication skills are essential for this role. You will interact with Global and India HR Teams, Finance Teams, Legal Teams, Group Tax Teams, other HR Vendors, Internal Auditors, Group Auditors, and Statutory Auditors.
