Role Overview: You will be responsible for the design and implementation of performance, remuneration, and incentive programmes at Deutsche Bank's Performance & Reward department in Bangalore, India. Your work will involve researching and analyzing key perspectives, overseeing global design and performance of core policies, products, and processes, exploring innovative opportunities, and managing performance management and plan results. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective performance and reward strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring adherence to timely salary cost booking in SAP - Reviewing and monitoring unreconciled items in various bank accounts on a monthly basis - Completing all bank account reconciliations within defined deadlines - Managing accounting, invoicing, compliance, and reporting for Seconded and Transferred employees - Interfacing with external statutory bodies related to HR matters as required - Managing data, reconciliation, and disclosures as mandated by regulatory bodies - Ensuring timely actuarial valuation for retirals across group entities Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in ERPs such as SAP, Workday, etc. - BFSI experience is preferred - Good written and oral communication skills Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank promotes a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, and collaboration.
