Key Responsibilities: Perform surface preparation including scraping, sanding, hydro-jetting, and grit blasting to achieve required finish Apply primer, anti-corrosive, and topcoat systems using brush, roller, or spray techniques as per naval specifications Conduct painting of underwater hulls, topside areas, weather decks, tanks, bollards, guard rails, and fittings Ensure DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Handle non-skid coatings , enamel finishes, and specialized marine paints Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, tools, and PPE Assist in erection and dismantling of scaffolding and containment systems Document work progress and submit reports to supervisors Skills & Qualifications: PCC / PVC is compulsory ITI or equivalent certification in Painter (General) or Marine Surface Coating Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marine or industrial painting Ability to work in confined spaces, heights, and onboard vessels Knowledge of safety protocols , hazardous material handling, and PPE usage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: marine painting: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: PCC / PVC (Preferred) Work Location: In person
