To advise clients in different non-Tax laws including contract law, Companies law, FEMA and also to ensure that contracts and other arrangements proposed by ILO are compliant with the applicable laws. M&A and Transaction Advisory - Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Advisory. Should have sound legal knowledge on various corporate & other regulatory compliance applicable to Indian entities Liaise with Government departments and ensuring compliances in cases Any other related project assigned from time-to-time. Qualification & Experience: Should be a graduate/ post-graduate in Law from a premier institution like National Law University (NLU), Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School, GLC (Mumbai), Campus Law Centre (Delhi).
