India Hubs Controller

As a Controlling Manager at Ferrero in Pune, you will be responsible for managing all controlling-related activities for multiple hubs including Asia IT DC, Demand Hub, Procurement Service Centre, and Finance Shared Service Centre. Your role will involve budgeting, planning & forecasting, monthly reporting, cost allocation & recharge methodology, and ensuring alignment with statutory and regulatory compliances. Additionally, you will assess 3PO Business Cases to financially evaluate Make or Buy decisions, conduct GAP Analysis of Actual vs Plan, and contribute to the India Local Co-pack acceleration project. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing financial aspects of delivery centers" operational expenditures/revenue and margins, providing detailed analysis during planning processes, ensuring financial evaluation of 3PO activities, and supervising monthly actual results. You will also support in the preparation of monthly closing decks, coordinate with local admin/reporting & group teams for intercompany updates, and conduct GAP Analysis for all 3PO projects to identify corrective actions. Furthermore, you will support the deployment of Group Finance initiatives, establish a business partnership with all Hub Managers, review and approve POs, evaluate new initiatives and investments, coordinate project implementation, and support Group 3PO during negotiation phases. You are required to have a post-graduation degree with 4-7 years of experience, specific knowledge of SAP, BW, HFM, and excellent proficiency in English.
