Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, conducting in-depth research, and building strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, generating interest in the company’s services, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying prospects Strong skills in conducting effective Research and market analysis Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Sales abilities with a goal-oriented mindset Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous Self-motivation and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment
