Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Office Management: Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner. Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and other operational tasks as needed. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Act as a liaison between the executive and employees/clients. Event & Travel Planning: Plan and coordinate business trips, events, and conferences. Manage itineraries, bookings, and expense reports. Personal Assistance: Provide day-to-day personal support, including errands and personal scheduling, if required.
