You should possess advanced skills in Excel, MIS, PowerBi, Tableau, Accounting, Auditing, INDGAAP, and IFRS. As a Semi-Qualified discontinued CA/MBA professional, your primary responsibility will be the preparation of financial statements ensuring compliance with relevant laws and accounting standards. You will present these financials to management for finalization and maintain books of accounts following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS guidelines. It is crucial to maintain general ledgers, reconcile balances, conduct cash flow analysis, and prepare MIS reports. You will be expected to provide strong leadership to the finance and accounting team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Your role will involve assessing compliance and control systems, identifying areas for process enhancement, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures for finance processes. Furthermore, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing monthly and annual budgets, engaging with stakeholders, and making necessary forecasts based on organizational changes. Continuous monitoring of budgets against actuals and taking corrective actions when needed will be part of your responsibilities. You will also offer financial recommendations to support management decisions and establish strategic financial partnerships with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in advanced Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and effective communication skills are essential for this role. You should be dedicated, willing to take on responsibilities, and be accountable for the organization. Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableau, and SQL will be advantageous. Finally, you will mentor and develop team members to create a high-performing finance organization aligned with the company's growth objectives.,
