Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive / Sr. Executive to oversee and manage our clients' financial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. As an Account Executive / Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial advice to clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored financial advice. Financial Management: Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for clients. Prepare, examine, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Strategic Planning and Advice: Provide clients with financial insights and strategic recommendations. Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Identify opportunities for clients to improve financial performance. Compliance and Reporting: Preparation & compiling of indirect tax returns (GST) and other GST monthly compliances such as GST-1, GST-2A reconciliation & GST-3B etc. Budget Forecast for Fund during the period. Client billing receivables follow-up for fund flow of the organization. Preparation of monthly TDS report and quarterly return for the same. Debtors & creditors reconciliations. Indirect tax implementation process in ERP/SAP. Prepare Export document & lesioning with CHA for overseas projects. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory financial reports. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and advise clients accordingly.
1. ERP XPEDEON Implementation & Management: a. Plan, manage, and execute ERP implementation projects, including scope, timelines, and budget. b. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that align with business processes. c. Ensure successful integration of ERP systems with existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications. d. Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime. 2. IT Strategy & Planning: a. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives. b. Forecast technology trends to drive innovation and efficiency. 3. Infrastructure Management: a. Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. b. Oversee software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance. 4. Team Leadership: a. Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing training and development opportunities. b. Allocate resources and delegate tasks to ensure efficient team performance. 5. Cybersecurity: a. Ensure the organizations data and systems are secure from cyber threats. b. Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies and protocols. 6. Vendor & Budget Management: a. Negotiate with vendors and manage IT budgets effectively. b. Ensure procurement of cost-effective and reliable hardware, software, and services. 7. Support & Troubleshooting: a. Oversee IT support functions to ensure timely resolution of issues. b. Analyze system performance and implement improvements. 8. Compliance & Documentation: a. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. b. Maintain documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures.
