As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will be vital in ensuring the successful implementation and continuous support of SmartWinnr for our worldwide clients. Throughout the pilot, implementation, and post-implementation phases, you will engage with customers, providing exceptional support and consulting services tailored to meet their requirements. This role demands the ability to work independently, a readiness to work night shifts, and the utilization of your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and success. You will be responsible for interacting with SmartWinnr customers at various stages, including pilot, implementation, and post-implementation, to guarantee a seamless integration and satisfaction. Addressing and resolving customer queries with a consultative approach, offering customized solutions and guidance. It is essential to stay updated with the latest updates, changes, and releases in SmartWinnr to provide accurate and current information to customers. Additionally, you will assist in identifying and capitalizing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts to foster growth. You should be able to manage and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision, showcasing strong problem-solving skills. Working night shifts will be required to cater to global customer needs across different time zones. Requirements include a B.Tech or related field education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in customer support or technical support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information. Proficiency in software systems like SmartWinnr, Gmail, and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential. A results-driven, self-starter with strong motivation, persistence, proactive attitude, and a passion for assisting others, delivering exceptional support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to the needs of a global customer base is also required.
