Role Description

This is a remote role for an Independent Consultant. The Independent Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice, conducting marketing research, developing marketing strategies, training clients on technical and non-technical subjects, and assisting in the integration of telephony, email, SMS services, and CRM systems. The role also includes supporting clients in designing and developing websites and mobile applications, along with optimizing SEO and SEM efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong background in marketing research and strategy development
• Technical and non-technical training skills
• Experience with telephony, email, SMS services, and CRM integration
• Ability to work independently and provide remote consultation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: online banking, education, IT, healthcare, real estate, insurance, financial products
