Role Description This is a remote internship role for an Intern at EHOTBOX. The Intern will be tasked with assisting in various digital marketing activities, conducting market research, supporting the design and development of websites and mobile applications, and aiding in the delivery of training services. Day-to-day tasks may also include helping with the management of telephony and messaging services, supporting CRM integration efforts, and participating in database marketing initiatives. Qualifications Technical, Research and Communicative abilities Should be passionate and dedicated about the tasks provided. Understanding of telephony and messaging services such as IVR, USSD, and Call Center Services Microsoft Office skills Should have a laptop with Internet connection. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in relevant software and tools Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks and technologies Please note: This is a paid Internship role.
